Project Manager Technology & Products (d/f/m)
Come and join a fantastic team! Our Project Management Office (PMO) is a well-established, cross-site team that plays a central role in managing and steering our product development projects in the Life Science sector. With team members located at three key sites, we work in close collaboration to drive complex development projects forward—efficiently, transparently, and with a clear focus on results.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Leadership & Coordination: Manage and monitoring technology and product development projects from concept to market launch.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., R&D;, Production, Marketing) and external partners to ensure project success.
- Resource & Budget Management: Optimize resource allocation, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Technology & Innovation Management: Evaluate emerging technologies and identify innovation opportunities for products and processes.
- Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
- Academic Background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related technical field.
- Professional Experience: Several years of project management experience, ideally in technology-driven industries (e.g., medical devices, automotive, industrial).
- Methodological Expertise: Proficient in project management methodologies such as waterfall, agile framework or hybrid methodology and VPM (Visual Project Management).
- **Leadership & Communication Skills: **Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
- **Analytical & Structured Thinking: **Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
