What can you expect?

  • You develop and deliver quarterly DACH Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals
  • You develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans with OEM and Reseller partners in the region, and execute demand generation marketing programs including third-party hosted events, our company hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and email marketing
  • You forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results, optimizing as needed, and own the planning and execution of vertical-based marketing, including ABM programs that penetrate key accounts in the region
  • You maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders, sales reps, SDRs, and regional partners, and assist sales leadership in understanding, participating in, and obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs
  • You work closely with the our company sales teams to define marketing goals and objectives and develop a strategic marketing plan that aligns with sales pipeline and revenue goals, tailored to the relevant GTM strategy
  • You drive lead acquisition, nurture, and support the development of pipeline opportunities

What should you bring along?

  • You have a minimum of 6 years of field marketing experience for a technology company, direct experience in Logistics or Cloud preferred
  • You have experience marketing to midsize companies up to enterprise companies in the DACH region. “Mittelstand” marketing experience is a bonus
  • You possess knowledge of Eloqua (or an equivalent automation tool—Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot), MS Dynamics (or Salesforce or an equivalent CRM tool) preferred. Experience with Tableau or other visualization software is a plus
  • You are self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and communicating with remote management for extended periods
  • You have strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
  • You possess excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, and are fluent in German and business-level English
