Aufgaben:

• Du betreust Bauprojekte im Bereich des baulichen Brandschutzes in Gebäuden.
• Baustellenbezogene Arbeitsschritte werden von dir termingerecht koordiniert und fachgerecht überprüft.
• Du verantwortest die professionelle und dienstleistungsorientierte Baustellenabwicklung.
• Du kümmerst dich eigenständig um die Abstimmung und Koordination von Lieferanten und Subunternehmen.
• Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit den Vertretern der Auftraggeber auf der Baustelle.

Ihr Profil:

• Du hast eine handwerkliche Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zumr Technikerin/Meister*in oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich.
• Ein Quereinstieg in den Bereich Brandschutz bei geeigneter technischer Ausbildung ist ebenfalls möglich – wir qualifizieren dich!
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen und hast Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (VOB).
• Idealerweise hast du schon einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Baustellenabwicklung.
• Dein Profil rundest du mit Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie einer eigenverantwortlichen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise ab.
